About these terms

These terms are between Sisu Analytics, LLC ("Sisu Analytics", "Sisu", "we") and the client company that connects its QuickBooks Online company to the app ("you"). By connecting, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the app

• Only Sisu Analytics clients with an active service agreement with Sisu.
• The person who connects must have authority to grant access to that QuickBooks company on the company's behalf.

Your right to use it

Sisu gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app during your engagement with Sisu. This right ends when your engagement ends.

Read-only access

The app reads your QuickBooks Online data. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we read and what we do with it.

Your service agreement comes first

If these terms conflict with your signed service agreement with Sisu, the service agreement governs.

Disconnecting and termination

• You can disconnect at any time from the apps area of QuickBooks Online, or by emailing us at hello@sisuanalytics.com.
• Sisu may disconnect the app when your engagement ends.
• After a disconnect, the app can no longer read your data, and Sisu deletes the stored connection token.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sisu makes no warranties about it, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sisu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the app. Sisu's total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the fees you paid Sisu under your service agreement in the 12 months before the claim.

Intuit

Intuit is not a party to these terms. Intuit gives no warranty for the app and is not responsible for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
